Green Gala 2013

Mark your calendars for the 5th Annual Green Gala on Saturday, September 14, 2013 from 7-10 pm at Tucker House in Rockland, ON. The Green Gala is the annual fundraising event in support of Tucker House Renewal Centre, a charitable retreat and environmental learning organization which operates throughout the Ottawa community as well as at our beautiful 30-acre property in Rockland.
The Green Gala is a unique, ecologically-oriented event that features local and sustainable food and beverages, organic beer, a silent & live eco-auction and other fun activities. Guests are invited to dress in 'vintage masquerade' attire to suit the atmosphere of Tucker House. Tickets are limited to the first 100 people. Our goal is to raise funds for our programs and activities while celebrating our work and having a great time with like-minded people.

More about Tucker House
Our programs cover a wide range of topics, including green energy, simple living and organic gardening. We also offer nature camps and retreats for children and school groups at our 30-acre facility located in Rockland, Ontario. We also run Bunching Onions, an organic garden that operates as a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). We at Tucker House are becoming well-known in the community as a name for sustainability and the go-to organization for learning how to live lightly on the earth.
