Eco-Parade by Run for the Earth (2nd annual)

Join Run for the Earth for the second annual eco PARADE on Sunday September 8, 2013! Come dressed in FULL COSTUME that you own, borrow, rent, or salvage. Consume nothing new! The parade starts at 10AM at Trinity Bellwoods Park and ends at 1PM at the Vegetarian Food Festival at the Harbourfront Centre. About Us:
Run for the Earth is a non-profit eco group founded in 2011 in Toronto, Canada. We believe that the key to a sustainable tomorrow lies in society's transition from massive overconsumption to consuming less and consuming smarter, to having compassion and ethics, and to leading a happier and healthier lifestyle. Our mission is to develop and promote educational materials to explain the major causes of overconsumption and their respective solutions.
