Leanne is the Director of Community Engagement at PLAN CANADA, and founder of girl!impact. The impact of a girl on her community is profound regardless of where she lives. If a girl is given what she needs to get onto the first rung of the social ladder, she will contribute back to her family, community, society and the globe. Leanne Nicolle's passion for human development forms the basis of her lecture as she explains how self-esteem, conflict resolution and economic empowerment of young women have become the most direct route to social change.
