The Global, Environmental and Outdoor Education Council (GEOEC) is hosting their annual conference in Nordegg.
The keynote speakers are:
Mark Anielski author of The Economics of Happiness: Building Genuine Wealth
Will Gadd, outdoor adventurer
Donna Kennedy-Glans founder of Bridges Social Development
The wide variety of workshops will appeal to classroom teachers, outdoor leaders, non-profit groups, interpreters and anyone who educates about the environment, the world and the outdoors.
