January 30, 2011 to March 06, 2011
The Foundation for Social Economics, dedicated to the promotion of economic education, empowerment and ethics among working people, students and the unemployed, offers a rare opportunity to unravel the mysteries of Karl Marx's notorious classic, Das Kapital. Long cloaked in misunderstandings, fear and confusion, this workshop will provide an interactive, visual tour through the complexities of this historically vital and still extremely relevant work. Detailed and accurate, this workshop is suitable for beginners but will also bring clarity for those already familiar with the material.
The workshop will be held at 'Of swallows, their deeds, & the winter below', 283 College St. Toronto, on Sunday evenings from 7pm until 9pm starting January 30th for six weeks. The fee is $120 and registration in advance of the first workshop is required and can be done through thefse@thefse.org.
In the months following this workshop there will be detailed, visual guides of both Volumes II and III.
