Purpose: AIA is the voice and resource of the automotive aftermarket in Canada. AIA is a national trade association representing the automotive aftermarket industry, which is composed of companies which manufacture, distribute and install automotive replacement parts, accessories, tools and equipment. AIA represents wholesalers, retailers, warehouse distributors, manufacturers, remanufacturers, national distributors, manufacturer's agents, buying groups and machine shops. The aftermarket has $15 billion in annual sales and employs more than 220,000 people.
