Abstract: 
The Artculture Resouce Centre is an artist-run space focusing on post-industrial culture. It promotes "current, experimental, exploratory or innovative artistic activity and cultural phenomena" as well as producing, organizing, workshops, discussions and events of all kinds in any medium."

Facilities include an exhibition/performance space, a video lounge, a communication/information centre, a darkroom, a library/archive, and a retail area.

The Cultural Software dividison of ARC Inc. provides rental access to computer and video facilities in addition to informatioin and referral, computer consulting, software distribution, and electronic publishing services. Members ($25 a year) receive substantial discounts.
