1) Property Standards: deals with the Minimum Property Standards for maintaining existing housing as adopted by Edmonton By-law.
2) Financing: deals with what Goverment Programs exist and the criteria for eligibility for these. It also lists a number of private agents who provide mortgage or loan money, showing their different interest rates.
3) Mortgages: deals with what is involved in a mortgage and what to expect from a lawyer.
4) Contracting out: deals with the problems involved in contracting out work to be done
on a house.
