A report on people's attitudes across Canada.
Abstract:
These five volumes and a resume of Findings are the result of Project Feedback, "a listening and reporting experiment in social journalism". Over a period of eight months in 1974 and 1975, Grant Maxwell travelled all ten provinces, visited 40 urban and rural communities and talked to 750 citizens and local leaders. The five documents feature region by region, more than 2000 direct quotations collated from 300 cassette tapes and 30 notebooks. They are titled :
I People's social hopes
II Assessing Everyday Life
III Searching for wholeness
IV What's expected of religious leaders
V How people feel about the 1980s
