Abstract: Co-op radio in Vancouver is a non-profit, no commercials effort for community educatioin, a platform for action groups and a low key Canadian alternative. Programming is done by volunteer committees. The program explores common problems of native peoples in countries around the world. Themes includes racism, economic development, native culture and values, land claims and fishing rights.
