Or a female organizer for the co-op movement around the turn of the century? In this issue of Canadian Woman Studies, historians look at the lives of ordinary and famous women in Canada. This bilingual scholorly journal contains essays, book reviews, fiction and poetry. It is available to subscription ($22 for individuals) and in bookstores.
