Abstract:
STOP ENTERTAINING APARTHEID COALITION has several years organized boycotts and demonstrations against entertainers who have performed in South Africa, including Tina Turner (who has since repudiated Apartheid), Ann-Margaret and Lisa Minelli. The coalition has also leafletted theatre performances such as Athol Fugard's anti-apartheid "Master Harold and the Boys."
SEAC distributes informaiton packets and letters of appeal to entertainment agents who promote performers on the United Nations boycott list. A list of these agents can be obtained by writing SEAC.
