INCITE is an art magazine founded two years ago by a collective of about 10 artists. It stresses that art exists within the context of politics and sexuality - namely racism, militarism, sexism, and environmental destruction. Each bi-monthly issues addresses itself to non-restrictivce theme, and is derived from a definite social issues.

INCITE is a forum for young, low-profile artists who might otherwise never have an opportunity to present their works. It's described as "an art gallery you can hold in your hands."
