Abstract: 
The World Society for Arts and Communication is a new organization aiming to "link communities through arts and communication and establish trust between peoples and nations through second track diplomacy."
A Centre for Arts and Communications is planned as a place for fine artists, sculptors, photographers, writers and musicians to meet the public, media, publishers, promoters and connoisseurs of the arts. It will be politically non-aligned and not dominated by religion or race. Associate membership is available for $5 per year.
