Abstract: 
The CENTRE provides scholorships and sponsorships for students from developing countries and provides counselling services for overseas students. A handbook is available for overseas students. The CENTRE is also Thunder Bay's Cross Cultural Learner Centre. It acts as an umbrella for information about Cross Roads International, UNICEF, One Sky (Saskatchean) and others.
