Over time, Israel's colonial administration has superimposed two judicial systems, creating legal inequality based on ethnicity: for an identical crime a Palestinian will be tried in a military court, an Israeli settler will appear before a civilian one. This discriminatory principles applies to all Palestinians, whether they're from the West Bank or Jerusalem, Israeli citizens or resident abroad.
