The questions are divided into three sections: General, Politics, and Economics. Generally, the pamphlet deals with both the rationale and the implications of sovereignty-association for Quebec. These are examined in light of history, culture, language, various opposing federalist arguments, economics (internal, national, and international) and federally funded programs. The authors conclude that sovereignty-association both in the short and the long term, will benefit both Canada and Quebec in the political democratic sphere as well as in the economic. |
