The history begins with German colonial rule through the South African occupation and recent maneuvers for pseudo-independence and sham elections. Living conditions of blacks and whites are examined in this slide-tape show, with attention paid to the economic bases of apartheid. The role of Canadian corporations such as The Bay, Falconbridge and Rossing Uranium is also spelled out.
