Milosevic's guilt was taken as a given. Anyone who dared to challenge the NATO line was labeled a Milosevic apologist, or a genocide denier, Now, fourteen years later, and ten years after Milosevic died in a prison cell in The Hague without ever having been convicted of anything, the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) has quietly issued a report which states that, er, well actually, Milosevic was not guilty.
