Abstract: 
"Your Rights as a Tenant" is a booklet which provides an up-to-date and simple explanation of the laws governing landlord and tenant relationships in Ontario. In a question and answer format, it describes how to deal with problems ranging from getting repairs done to eviction, or how to deal with an excessive rent increase. It was produced by the Community Education Program and Parkdale Community Legal Services in cooperation with the Parkdale Tenants' Association and includes a section on group action as a method of enforcing legal rights.
