Abstract: This proposal for funding is based on the assumption that people should have the information necessary to enable them to participate in decisions that effect housing in their community. It proposes the development of a housing inventory network that would "develop and store data about... the housing crisis and the housing problem..."; translate such data into useable forms", and disseminate it to the people of Edmonton. It proposes the hiring of community workers as opposed to the use of established channels to disseminate and develop cohesion about the information.
