Abstract:  This monthly magazine attempts to provide a critical analysis of issues and events affecting the direction and quality of life in Metro Toronto. The editorial argues that the central issue of the upcoming election is the further concentration of power in Metro Council as proposed by a provincial amendment to the Metropolitan Toronto Act. It encourages the Reform Caucus to fight against the further centralization of power.
