Abstract: 
Section 1 emphasizes the importance of the potential immigrant of draft age seeking counselling and making an informed decision. A distinction is made between draft counselling and military counselling and a list of services across the U.S. is provided.
Section 2 provides information about the Canadian immigration system, how to arrive in Canada and how to apply for landed immigrant status.
