Your note is very interesting. I think you should put the finishing touches to it (as, you yourself hope to do) to turn it into an article for Communist International or a pamphlet.

Collect all the material. Throw out the polemics against Communists. Make it explanatory, not polemical—it could be a most useful thing.[1]
