G. D. Tsyurupa, Public Works Committee

Please take the opportunity of Stomonyakov’s and Krasin’s presence in Moscow to make the final arrangements together with them on the purchase in Berlin of what is still required to complete the Kashira project and also to pay for the orders. Let me know in brief whether everything has been quite settled in this matter, and when the ordered things are to arrive.
