[1] Written on a letter from G. Kotlyarov, a representative of the miners, to Lenin of January 24, 1921, suggesting that the steel cables on lifts in Moscow dwelling houses should be dismantled and handed over for use in mines, where mechanisms were idle because of a cable shortage.
