Comrade Gorbunov:

It is necessary 

1) to have this translated into (good) German,

2) find out (from Semashko and M. N. Pokrovsky or through them) whether we could add 

that Pavlov has not applied to leave (is it true that he would not like to go?),

that he has been given the specified privileges.

Since my letter may be published, the addition of this is highly desirable.
