Simferopol reports extremely grave food condition of patients at the Crimean health resort, especially with respect to bread. Ukraine alone can help out. Try most urgently to send the CUHRA, Simferopol, ten carloads of grain, part of it in flour, and two carloads of fodder. Inform Bryukhanov and me about the measures taken.
