Kindly inform me whether you have received the Politbureau resolution on 100 per cent food supplies to Baku and on the changes in the food supply policy in Azerbaijan[2] and what instructions you have given to Comrade Frumkin in connection with the resolution (please let me have a copy of your telegram to Frumkin).[1]
