In a number of decisions, the Council of Defence has instructed its authorised agent, Groman, and the Petrograd Evacuation Commission, to dispatch daily from the Petrograd area 100 truck-loads of valuable freight, in accordance with the plan of the Evacuation Commission of the Council of Defence. You are directed to provide the Petrograd Evacuation Commission with the necessary means of transport by putting ten motor-lorries daily at its disposal as from this day, October 28. Report fulfilment.
