[1] In a letter to the Organising Bureau of the C.C., R.C.P.(B.) entitled “Pandering to Prejudices”, Y. M. Yaroslavsky asked the members of the Bureau whether persons who took part in religious ceremonies could be allowed to remain in the Party.
