Comrade Zinoviev,

I am sending you the decision of the Politbureau.

Two things:

1) Cannot 2 heavy sledges (Regress sleigh-cars) and 2 light ones be ordered urgently for the Southern Front?

Urgent. Reply.

2) Give special attention to the fuel shales near Yamburg.

It is of prime importance to exert the utmost efforts.

3) Materials (barbed wire and so on) must not be squandered or pilfered.

They will be needed. Attend to it.
