Management of the Yuzhsk nationalised factory
Vyazniki
Two days ago the Food Commissariat issued an urgent order for grain to be delivered from Nizhni-Novgorod for the Vyazniki distribution centre. I advise going to Nizhni. I authorise you to make a check and urge speed. Complain to me if there is any red tape.[1]
