A 500–pood tank-car of petrol is being dispatched to you today, but why do you evade the very important questions: how much grain has been collected, how much delivered? Further, it is absolutely essential to sweep clean of all grain surpluses first one volost, and to give that volost a big bonus. We shall not grudge money to help the poor and middle peasants, if they are helping the hungry.
