Well, now even Alexander seems to have realised[3] that we won’t get anywhere with Y.[1] & Co.

I suggest

(1) that we decide to issue our collection (Sbornik Sotsial-Demokrata);

(2) that we immediately draw up a list of articles;

(3) that we invite Bukh.+Yur.+A. M.[2] +Saf.+Varin. Type-setting to be started immediately.
