{1} The item was intended for the newspaper Trudovaya Pravda. In the margin of the page on which it is written, Lenin made a note for the editors: “Set this thing in brevier, and do not print any replies to their letters, nothing at all: let them all go to their new ‘brothers by bloc’\thinspace”.
