Dear Comrade Huysmans,

Enclosed you will find a statement by the Bureau [Abroad ][1] of the Central Committee of Our Party.[2] We shall   be very much obliged to you, dear comrade, if you will circulate this letter on behalf of the International Socialist Bureau among all the national parties represented in the Bureau.

Thank you very much for your letter [informing me] that the text of my amendment [will be given accurately].
