The Word on the Street (Saskatoon)

Each year in September, in the cities of Lethbridge, Saskatoon, Kitchener, Toronto, and Halifax, The Word On The Street unites the country in a national celebration of literacy and the Canadian written word. Saskatoon became the fifth city to host the festival with a preview event held in 2010. The Word On The Street is Canada’s largest book and magazine festival, attracting hundreds of thousands of people to enjoy its author readings, storytelling, fun activities, and marketplace.
