This will cost taxpayers upwards of $60-billion, to say nothing of the radioactive waste and risk of catastrophic accident on one of our Great Lakes. Conservation, water power, wind, solar, geothermal, biomass, biogas - the options are endless, more affordable, and infinitely safer.
